Planked Potatoes

Potatoes are fantastic on the plank because they absorb the delicious flavor of the plank

All recipes require use of one pre-soaked grilling plank, prepared according to instructions.

  • Cut 2-3 large potatoes into ½ inch slices.
  • Season with 1 tablespoon olive oil and your choice of Coastal Cuisine™ Dry Rub or salt and pepper. Arrange slices on plank.
  • Grill on soaked planked at medium heat until tender (about 20 minutes)
