A great side dish for pork 1 fresh pineapple peeled and cut into 1” slices 6 tablespoons your favorite Teriyaki sauce 1 teaspoon fresh ginger 1 tablespoon soy sauce Simply marinate the pineapple with the teriyaki, ginger and soy sauce in a zip lock bag for 1 to 4 hours.
